We went to Danville last Saturday- Aus played golf and I went to a little wine festival at the Tomahawk Mill.  It was SO SO SO hot.  Those little things around our foreheads? Amazing. Filled with some cold beads that kept us nice and cool - well, as cool as could be at 2pm in 100+ degree weather.  Katie also told me (we didn't know this at the time) that grapes and wine prevent the chemical reaction that causes your skin to burn. Amazing! We were hot but we didn't leave with sunburns. I think I've found a new SPF...

    Interesting def going to try that little wine trick after I get this human out of my stomach :)
