Christmas 2011

Christmas 2011 is going to be a tough one to beat. It was an extra good Christmas this year because I was able to see my mama! This is the first year we have opened presents together in a looong time. I think about 4 years or so. It worked out perfectly. Austin and I were able to go to Fayetteville and have Christmas with my mom and her side of the family, then on Christmas Eve we went to the lake to be with his family. I have lots of pictures to sum up our trip so be warned!! :)

Oreo Truffles....SO good and easy!

1 pkg double stuffed oreos

1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese

1 pkg white chocolate

mix soft cream cheese with smashed oreos and form into 1 inch balls

freeze balls for about 15 minutes, start melting white chocolate

dip balls in chocolate and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs to garnish

Back at home with Abs opening her presents...

Abi had pneumonia over Christmas break so she got to us a few days late. We still had a fun two days with her hanging around the house and taking it easy. She is back at school now and feeling all better!
