How far along: 27 weeks! greeting the third trimester with open arms!
Size of baby: A rutabaga..what in the world is that?
Total weight gain/loss: Don't really know, I'll find out at the doctor next week.
Maternity clothes: Yessss
Gender: Sweet baby boy! James Austin Green!
Movement: I feel like I am writing these surveys all the time now. They really sneak up on me and I don't much new to say. But yea, little guy is still moving a lot. Austin says he feels him in the middle of the night when we are asleep and I think thats so sweet!
Sleep: Sleeping well still, thank you babyyyyy.
What I miss: I really don't miss anything. I love being pregnant and I know I'm really going to miss it once it's over. I do miss being able to bend over easily.
Cravings: Nothing new really, still crazy over some orange juice!
Best moment this past week: Austin's birthday was last week and we had a lot of fun. Monday we went to dinner and Tuesday we cooked dinner, I made a rum cake and he opened some presents. Good times!
Symptoms: My back has started to hurt randomly. It's not awful but I definitely have more back pain than normal. My feet are still swelling sometimes, especially when we go for long walks and I get real hot. I just asked Austin "what would you say my pregnancy symptoms are?" his answer: "forgetfulness and clumsiness". Great!
What I'm looking forward to: Painting the nursery next weekend. The crown moulding and board and batten is just about finished so all we have left is to paint. Then we can put the crib together, hang the drapes, and make some real progress!
Milestones: His eyes are open! And his brain shows brain activity now and will keep getting more complex.
Mood: happy girl!
Labor Signs: sometimes my belly gets super tight and my doctor said thats a contraction. cool! they are aren't regular or anything but she says it's my body getting ready for labor. neattttt.
Wedding rings on or off: on
Chalk board is back in action!!
20, 24 and 27 weeks. Sometimes I don't feel like my belly is any bigger, then I look at these and ohhhhh.
